How delivery works

Transformed rows land exactly where they need to be, on schedule, every time.

1

Map output fields

Pick the format (CSV or XML), set the field order, and apply simple transformations like renaming, concatenation, and value mapping. Preview the exact output before anything ships.

2

Stage, validate, write

Feed Panda runs your transformations, checks the result, and only delivers once everything looks right. No broken or half finished feeds.

3

Confirm and alert

See every run at a glance, with row counts, timing, and where the file landed. If something goes wrong, you get an alert with the exact reason so you can fix it fast.

Delivery that survives the real world

Every destination ships with the reliability patterns that keep downstream systems healthy and your phone quiet.

Never a broken file downstream

Every feed is written and validated first, then put in place as one clean piece. If the upload fails, the previous good file stays. No partial downloads. No broken integrations at the other end.

Dynamic filenames

Filename templates support timestamps, feed names, and custom variables so every delivery lands at a predictable, sortable path.

Deduplication

Compare against the last successful run and skip identical rows. Fewer wasted API calls, faster downstream processing.

Fanout to many destinations

Publish one feed to several destinations simultaneously. Partner SFTP, internal S3 bucket, and an API all receive the same validated output in parallel.

Destination FAQ

Can I send the same feed to multiple destinations?
Yes. Configure one feed and attach as many destinations as you need. Each destination gets its own output format, filename pattern, and schedule so your Google Merchant, partner SFTP, and internal S3 all stay in sync.
What output formats are supported?
CSV with configurable layout, XML with templated structure, JSON for API destinations, and compressed variants for large files. Every destination lands in the right format for the target system.
How are partial or failed deliveries handled?
Feed Panda writes the file to a safe spot first and only moves it into place after the upload finishes cleanly. If the upload fails mid stream, your consumers never see a broken file. Failed runs raise an alert with the exact reason.
Can I use dynamic filenames with dates or feed names?
Yes. Filename templates support tokens for timestamp, feed name, source, and custom variables, so every run can land at a predictable, sortable path.
Do you support encrypted destinations?
All destination credentials are encrypted at rest. S3 stores files encrypted at the destination. SFTP connects over a secure channel. API destinations support custom auth headers, bearer tokens, and extra client side certificates when you need them.
Can I request a destination you do not support yet?
Yes. Submit the request form below and we will scope the integration with you. High demand destinations go into the roadmap fast.
